What can Deskli do on a call?

It answers in a natural voice, takes messages with the caller’s name, number and what it’s about, and answers questions from the details you publish. With Google Calendar connected, it books appointments. During the hours you choose, it can transfer callers to your phone.

Does it work when my phone is off?

Yes. Deskli runs in the cloud, so it answers even when your phone is off, busy or out of battery. Messages, voicemail and transcripts wait for you in the app.

Which calendars does Deskli work with?

Google Calendar. If you move or delete a booked event there, Deskli follows the change. Microsoft calendars are coming.

How do I get set up?

During early access, the Deskli team sets up your business number with you. You keep your number by forwarding it to Deskli. The app shows your carrier’s forwarding code and runs a test call.
