Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Deskli app and AI receptionist. Deskli is operated by Shant Melikyan ("we"). By using Deskli you agree to them.

The service

Deskli answers calls to your business number with an AI receptionist, books appointments into a calendar you connect, takes messages and shows you a record of each call. The AI can make mistakes. Check important details before you act on them, and don't use Deskli for emergencies.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and make sure your team members follow these terms. You are responsible for activity in your business's account.

Your responsibilities to callers

You are responsible for the information you give the assistant and for how you use call information. Follow the laws that apply to your business, including rules about notices to callers.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, fraudulent or deceptive calls or content.
• No attempts to access another business's data or disrupt the service.
• No use for emergency services or for services directed at children.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan, it is billed through the App Store and managed in your Apple account. Plan details and included usage are shown before you subscribe.

Ending your account

You can stop using Deskli and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

Deskli is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed calls or messages.
